LG4Fitness Baseline Performance Testing Results

We are thrilled to have Gabby and Lexie be a part of our LG4Fitness Performance Program kickoff! I am sharing with you the results of Saturday's baseline performance testing. Our assessment process chooses different tests to represent critical areas of performance development. We run each test 3 times in order to determine the athlete's best score. The list below reflects the key performance areas that we test on:

  • Speed & Acceleration 

  • Jumping & Power

  • Agility & Change of Direction

  • Strength

  • Mobility & Movement Quality

These tests help us track athletic development and identify areas for improvement. We will be re-testing at the end of the program to measure progress and continue refining our training approac
